If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it – simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number, and we will be able to provide you with a RMA number and go through your returns options. A few things to note:
- Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the day of delivery
- Items must be returned in the same condition as it arrived with you
- Items must not be used, installed and removed and then returned
- Unsolicited returns will not be refunded
- The cost of the return shall be met by the customer
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on any custom items.
