Returns
If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it – simply email us at sales@garadry.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will be able to provide you with a RMA number and go through your returns options. A few things to note:
- We must be informed of your intention to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- You must return the product(s) to us within 14 days of you telling us to wish to return your order.
- You should send the product(s) using an established delivery service and keep a receipt or other evidence that it has been sent.
- Returned items must be unused and in a saleable condition.
- Unsolicited or late returns may not be refunded.
- The cost of the return shall be met by the customer
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on any custom items.
FAULTY GOODS
If you discover a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, and within 7 days from the date of delivery on 866-563-2707 or email sales@garadry.com. We’ll be happy to help.
If a product develops a fault at a later date, all GaraDry® branded products come with a 5-year warranty.
