GaraDry® operates a warehouse out of Tennessee. Consignments shipped from this location arrive via UPS or FedEx Ground service and will generally be received within 1-4 days, depending on your distance from Tennessee.

GaraDry® garage door seals are oversized, heavy-duty, and shipped in protective packaging to prevent warping or damage. This isn't thin PVC - it's built to last.
Location Based Shipping Rates
The cost of delivery depends on the overall weight of the ordered products and your location. The cost and timeframe for delivery will be displayed at checkout once a valid zip code and state has been entered.
Please Note: Shipments to Canada may be liable to import duties, taxes and clearance fees.
Tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch email containing tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Delivery FAQs
What if I miss my delivery?
Your courier will normally provide instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our couriers only deliver Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us with photos of the packaging and product and we’ll help right away.
My order hasn’t arrived — what now?
Check your dispatch email and tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Global shipping
GaraDry® is a global company, and a small number of products may be despatched from our UK warehouse.
Our products are manufactured in the UK and are always in stock and available for fast despatch (orders usually despatched within 24 hours).
We employ professional, reliable couriers that will ensure that your order arrives intact and on time. Any associated import duties to the US are covered by GaraDry®, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders may also be delivered to other locations worldwide.
Easy Returns
If your order is unwanted you may return it to our address within the USA within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If for any reason you're not happy with an item that you've ordered, we'll gladly refund it. Simply contact our customer service team at sales@garadry.com as soon as possible. Any unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in a saleable condition. Items received after 14 days may not be refunded and you may be charged for the subsequent return of the items to you.
Faulty, damaged or missing goods: if you discover that your order is faulty, damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order on 866-563-2707 or sales@garadry.com. We'll be happy to help
